Sailor Mizukyuu

My Starlight's princess, Mizukyuu translated as Waterball. She is Kakyuu's twin sister (not identical.) I can't give away much else on her right now, you'll have to read it when I write my fanfic. This is her senshi form ^^ Based off Naoko-sama's fuku for Kakyuu with some slight changes
